For a weekend, we invite you to discover the "Tuber Melanosporum", the winter truffle. From the soil to the plate, the "Black Diamond" reveals all its secrets.

SATURDAY

9:30 am: Welcome at the Pays de Grignan-Enclave des Papes Tourist Office.
You'll be welcomed at the Grignan Tourist Office, where you'll be given your "Pochette", which is essential to the smooth running of your stay.

10:00 am: Free market Richerenches (8 km)
Discover the Richerenches Truffle Market. On the Avenue de la Rabasse, brokers, truffle growers and visitors meet to discuss the black diamond at one of Europe's largest black truffle markets.
OR visit the Musée de la Truffe et du Vin (free admission), a former Templar commandery.
Allow 1 hour for a visit to either the Market or the Museum.

- The O'rabasse restaurant offers a Menu Terre de truffe with truffles from the Richerenches market, the Enclave des Papes and the Pays de Grignan exclusively.

2:00 pm: Cavage demonstration (4 km)
Presentation of truffle harvesting. Discover a unique skill in the company of a truffle grower.

5:00 pm: Welcome at your hotel l'Hôtel du Midi ** (10 km)
Step through the doors of this charming building with its old stone walls and blue Provencal shutters. Discover a comfortable room, elegantly decorated and refined.


6:00 pm: Culinary truffle workshop and truffle lunch (6km)
Join Chef Nicolas Pailhes at the Escapade restaurant for a truffle workshop. Learn to cook truffles like a chef!
7:30 pm: After your workshop, enjoy a truffle lunch.


Overnight stay

Sunday

Between 8:00 and 10:00 a.m.: Enjoy a full, balanced breakfast including: a baker's basket with fresh bread and pastries, yoghurts and compotes, butter, honey and homemade jams. Savory options include ham and cheese. To keep hydrated, you'll find fruit juices and hot drinks on offer: coffee, cappuccino, hot chocolate, organic teas and herbal teas.

10:00 am: Meet at Domaine de Costechaude (4km)
Thierry, the estate's cellar master, will accompany you on an educational tour, explaining everything from the vine to the glass of wine.
The tour ends with a tasting of the estate's wines (2h).
