At the crossroads of Alpine and Provencal influences, the Baronnies Provençales are imbued with the presence of the men and women who have made the most of it.
A living space, this exceptional area of unspoilt nature is nationally recognized for its rich terroir (6 Appellations d'Origine Contrôlée and 4 Indications Géographiques Protégées throughout the territory), its unique landscapes, its built heritage (dry-stone terraces, hilltop villages) and its emblematic agricultural heritage (orchards, olive groves, lime trees, lavender, thyme, rosemary...) as well as for its remarkable geology and biodiversity.
