THE ROUTES :

La Pitchouno ("the little one"): introductory family route
Length: 170 m / duration: between 30 min and 1 h / minimum height required: 1.25 m / difficulty: not very difficult

La Testouriasso ("The stubborn one")
Length: 440 m / duration: between 1h45 and 2h15 / minimum height required: 1.55- 1.60m / difficulty: difficult

La Tihousso ("The tough one")
Length: 460m / duration: between 1h45 and 2h15 / minimum height required: 1.50m- 1.60m / zip-line optional / difficulty: difficult

La Roumpo Quièu ("The ass-breaker")
Length: 640m / duration: between 2h and 2h30 / minimum height required: 1.50m- 1.60m / difficulty: Difficult + with optional passage in extremely difficult.

New route 2023:
La Nouvelle Venue
Length: 300m / duration: between 0h45 and 1h15 / minimum height required: 1m55- 1m60 / Difficulty: Quite difficult

PARKING :

3 free parking lots are located at the foot of the routes: Pin d'Aïs, Font de Ladon and Rieuchaud. (Allow a 30-minute walk to reach the start of the routes).


MANDATORY EQUIPMENT

The Tourist Office can provide you with a list of professional instructors and equipment hire companies.

Essential equipment: helmet, harness fitted with a Y-shaped lanyard with energy absorber and specific karabiners, a double pulley for the zip line (optional).

Recommended equipment: gloves, light hiking boots, appropriate clothing, water bottle and first-aid kit.


SAFETY MEASURES
- For emergency assistance, dial 112.
- Choose an itinerary suited to your abilities. Take into account the time needed to complete it, and its athletic and vertiginous nature;
- Check the weather forecast and leave early. Do not set out on the route if the weather is threatening;
- Respect the minimum height requirements;
- Children and beginners are strongly advised to rope up;
